	The Preamble to the Declaration of Independence is the foundational statement for the formation of the United States of America.


	IInspiring learning with a purpose rather than just gaining knowledge.

The key statement in the Preamble truly establishes the principles allowing people to be free.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident,

that all Men are created equal,

that they are endowed by their Creator

with certain unalienable Rights,

that among these are Life, Liberty,

and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The Preamble Institute has organized a program to promote the awareness of this statement to the country and particularly our students throughout America and the world.

To accomplish this program the Preamble Institute will facilitate the display of a banner, similar to those shown here, in classrooms across America. See Banner Project.
